Liquor Control Victoria has announced important updates to the requirements for obtaining an RSA Certificate of Completion in Victoria. These changes apply to anyone seeking to work in licensed venues across the state.
To receive an RSA Certificate of Completion, learners must now complete both of the following components:
An LCV-approved RSA training course
Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond (mandatory online module)
The additional online module has been introduced to strengthen understanding of safe workplace behaviours and ensure all staff are equipped to recognise, prevent, and respond to incidents of harassment or assault.
Both components must be completed in full before an RSA Certificate can be issued.
