His experience includes coordinating driver training programs, conducting OHS audits and investigations, and working closely with government agencies, contractors, and industry leaders to ensure safe and compliant operations. Craig leads the delivery of Class 1 explosives training and assessment, helping students confidently meet regulatory requirements and licensing standards. Gary has delivered nationally recognised training in logistics, warehousing, and foundation skills, and is highly experienced in developing training materials and supporting learners across a range of industries. He also has a strong background in business operations, working with organisations on planning, workforce development, and operational improvement. In addition, Gary has been heavily involved in emergency and disaster management through his roles in the State Emergency Services (SES), where he has supported training, coordination, and operational readiness during major incidents. Gary holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is known for his approachable, supportive style. He has developed strong expertise in the application of the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code and Hazchem system, including areas such as placarding, segregation, documentation, loading and unloading operations, and emergency response procedures. Wayne holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and maintains current dangerous goods licensing.
