Staff Train and Recruit Education (STAR Education) is a Melbourne-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45495) delivering tailored staffing, workforce, and training solutions across Australia. Founded in 2016, our organisation was born from the success of our recruitment and labour hire company, Staff Train and Recruit Pty Ltd, and a recognised need to offer a complete suite of services from onboarding to ongoing workforce development.

With over 20 years’ experience in education, recruitment, and training, our Director leads a team passionate about supporting client success through personalised service and industry-aligned training. We proudly partner with some of Australia’s most progressive organisations, offering high-quality training programs that include short courses, licensing, and pre-employment inductions.
