STAR Education (RTO 45495) is a Geelong-based Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised Dangerous Goods and Class 1 licensing, alongside accredited training across transport, construction, warehousing and hospitality.

Established in 2016, STAR Education was founded to provide practical, compliant training aligned to real industry requirements. With strong foundations in recruitment and workforce development through Staff Train and Recruit Pty Ltd, we understand both employer expectations and participant needs.

With over 20 years’ experience in education, workforce development and recruitment, our leadership team is committed to delivering industry-relevant training that meets current legislative and operational standards. We work closely with employers, regulators and industry partners to ensure our programs remain compliant and up to date.

Our training includes high-risk licensing, short courses and pre-employment induction programs designed to support safe, competent workplace participation. We are committed to delivering training in a safe, inclusive and respectful environment, with a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment and inappropriate behaviour.
