1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, enrolling in a course, or making a payment to STAR Education Pty Ltd (“STAR Education”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Fees & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in any course.

2. About STAR Education

STAR Education Pty Ltd (RTO No. 45495) is a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised training in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025, the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 and applicable licensing requirements.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website’s operation.

  • Copy or reuse website materials without written permission.

  • STAR Education reserves the right to suspend or restrict access at any time for breach of these Terms.

4. Course Information and Enrolment

  • All course details, entry requirements, and fees are available on the STAR Education website and Student Agreement.

  • We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

  • Course availability is subject to change. If a course is cancelled or postponed, enrolled students will be notified and provided with refund options as per our Fees & Refunds Policy.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Maximum upfront payment is $1,500 for services not yet delivered.

  • Payments can be made via secure card processing, EFT, or other approved methods.

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the published Fees, Charges and Refunds Policy.

  • Refund requests should be emailed to info@staredu.com.au, including your name, course, enrolment date, and reason for request.

  • Refunds are normally processed within 28 business days of approval.

6. Consumer Rights

​STAR Education complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the ACL, including your right to a refund, replacement, or repair if services are not provided with due care and skill.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By submitting an enquiry or enrolment form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for training and administration purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, course materials, and resources are the property of STAR Education or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any material without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to external websites.
STAR Education is not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites and does not endorse any linked materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, STAR Education will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use this website;

  • Reliance on information provided; or

  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control.

11. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
